• Phone Number: Used for identity verification via SMS OTP and to link you to your specific building.
• Name: Used within your building's directory so neighbors and the treasurer can identify who is making payments or voting.
• Apartment Number: Used to track monthly fee payments and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Photos (Receipts): If you are a treasurer, you may upload photos of invoices/receipts. These are stored securely to provide transparency to your building members.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used strictly for:

• Providing and maintaining the Sandooq service.
• Verifying your identity and building membership.
• Facilitating building-wide communication and voting.
• Processing and recording building-related financial transactions.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard services to store and protect your data:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): For real-time database management and authentication.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services): For secure storage of invoice and receipt images.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using these providers' security protocols.

4. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Your financial information and communication remain private to your building community.

2. Your Rights

You can update your profile information (name and apartment) at any time within the app settings. If you wish to delete your account or have your data removed from a building's record, please contact the building treasurer or our support team.

5. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for adult residents and does not knowingly collect information from children.
